What do you hold most dear? What is most important to you? Focus on more abstract things like love, honesty, reliability, etc. These things become part of your value set. Give yourself permission to identify at least three that really hold a strong energy to them and focus on keeping these foundational to everything else in your life. Use them as a barometer for everything you create in your life.

What will your day bring your way? Allow these ‘values’ to change and grow as you do. Life interrupts our best of intentions. Allow the interrupts. Allow the shift. Grant yourself permission to go forward with ease and grace.
