We are all dysfunctional. We are all flawed. What we can hope to achieve in our lifetime is to arrive to a close proximity of peace and to cultivate resilience, courage, discernment, and lovingkindness. We can choose all of these things. When we do, we foster a sense of purpose and meaning and these things compel us to move forward with grace.

What will your day bring your way? While you can’t escape your past, you can use your present to embrace your future. The past disappears so quickly. There is no room for regret, guilt, or shame. It is important to choose to release it all with love. Open yourself to what is right now and what is to come. Life is beautiful!
