Catch your breath. It’s okay to stop and catch your breath. Most of us put our nose to the grindstone and don’t look up until our backs ache, our necks ache, and we end up bloodied and bruised from assuming an unnatural position. Stop. Look up. Check out what is on the horizon. Look up even further. There is sky above you filled with beauty and delight. Breathe! Do it again. Breathe! Drop your shoulders and relax.

What will your day bring your way? Make time for yourself an essential part of your every day. Do it because it IS essential. You will feel better, your work and productivity will improve, and your quality of life will be enhanced. Go ahead. Carve out some time during your day for you… just you… to relax, breathe, enjoy some ease and joy, and do nothing but appreciate everything!
