Balance yourself. At every opportunity, return to balance. Check in and make sure you are activating all your centers – mind, body, and soul. Inform yourself fully through all of your senses, not just the basic five physical senses. Challenge your language, your emotions, and your feelings to return to a balanced position. We all deal with extremes. It’s important to balance yourself.

What will your day bring your way? Strive for balance. Engage your breath. Get quiet. You will find yourself in balance if you will take the time you need to love yourself.
