Actively engage what you’re feeling. Connect with it fully and let it consume you briefly. It does no good to stay mired in the muck that will ensue if you allow it. Instead, recognize and acknowledge what you are feeling and ask quality, resourceful questions like, ‘What is it I need to know, learn, trust, surrender, or do to move through this?’ ‘What are you here to show me about myself so I can experience this and share my loving experience with others?’
What will your day bring your way? Give your feelings an opportunity to be your teacher. When you engage with them in this way, they become useful evolutionary tools. Go ahead… immerse. Breathe. Allow. Then share your lifetime lessons with others who need the depth and breadth of your experience to inform their own progress.
